A Life Interruption

What’s a life interruption? Why a life interruption? Can I handle a life interruption at this time? Those were some of the same questions I was asking myself. The hardest thing about a life interruption is accepting the fact that our plan is no longer a priority. We have placed our plans aside to embrace God’s purpose for us.  That means completely stepping out on faith and placing all our trust in the Lord. Once a life interruption occurs, we can begin to walk in our full potential and live a life filled with joy.  In 2 Corinthians 12:9 He assures of that His grace is all we need and His power works best in weakness. Therefore a life interruption is only the beginning of our future. Now ask yourself the question again. Can I handle a life interruption at this time? Yes we can.

Mommy, Why Do You Have To Yell? by Ton’Jas Leviston

Mommy why when I ask you a question you have to yell the answer, when all I am trying to do is talk with you.

Mommy why when I try to share my day with you, you seem not to be listening, because you respond with uh, uh, even when no answer is needed.

Mommy why when I seem to get loud at playing, you yell “cut that noise out in there,” when all I am trying to say is I am happy that I made it home to the ones I love.

I know that the stress and worries of life tends to weigh us down, but ask yourself this question. What if God responded to us as we do our kids?

The Hurt by Ton’Jas Leviston

How deep is the hurt that lie in my heart? I have been hurting from a child to now as an adult, could I ever begin to dig pass the surface. The more I pray, the more the pain arises. Why me my Lord? I just want to close my eyes and pray that all the hurt will disappear. Oh God have I not cried enough concerning the pain. My eyes are all dried out, until the tears will no longer fall. I want so much to move forward with my life and to just leave the past behind. Father, I see so many that walk with no worries in the world. Once again my Lord, why me? Then my Father answered, “My child, the more you prayed the more the pain aroused because I am in the process of healing you. You see my child, for a wound to completely heal it must heal from the inside out. Your tears will no longer fall from your eyes, because I promised you that I would wipe every tear from your eyes. My beloved one learn to trust in Me and move from this point. I have a life filled with no doubts, no worries, and no tears, but you must first completely trust in me. I will never fail you.
